Partner Rules

These rules apply when you join the ClapAssist partner program. You agree to them when you tick the box and press Join on your partner page. Our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy apply too. In short: send honest buyers, and we pay you every month.

1. How you earn

You get a link with your code (clapassist.com/?via=YOURCODE). When someone opens it and makes a ClapAssist account within 90 days, that account counts for you. A person can also type your code in the app.
You earn your share of what we receive from every purchase that account makes, for as long as you are a partner. "What we receive" means the price paid minus tax and the payment provider's fee. Example: a buyer pays $100; after tax and fees we receive $90; with a 35% share you earn $31.50.
If two partners sent the same person, the first one counts.
These never count: your own purchases, accounts you control, and a person who had already bought before using your link or code.

Your share is set on the day you join and shown on your partner page.
We do not lower it as long as you follow these rules and at least one sale comes through your link in every 12 months.
If you break a rule, or no sale comes through your link for 12 months, we may lower it to the share new partners get at that time. We tell you by email 30 days before.
Money you have already earned never changes.

3. When and how we pay

Each sale waits 30 days. If the buyer gets a refund in that time, the sale is cancelled.
After 30 days it is ready, and we pay on the 15th of each month.
The minimum is ₹2,000 in India and $100 in other countries. Below that, it waits for the next month.
India: UPI or a bank account, plus your PAN. Other countries: a bank transfer.
If a sale is refunded or charged back after we paid you, we take that amount off your next payment.
Tax on your earnings is yours to pay. If Indian law requires us to deduct tax (TDS) before paying you, we deduct it and send you the certificate.
Bank charges for sending money abroad, if any, come out of the payment.

4. How to promote ClapAssist

Always:

Say clearly that you earn from your link, for example "I earn a commission if you buy through my link". The law in many countries requires it.
Use only facts from clapassist.com: our prices, features and offers.

Never:

Spam. No bulk emails, messages or comments people did not ask for, and no posting your link where a site's rules forbid it.
Fake reviews or fake accounts. No fake reviews, ratings or accounts, about us or anyone else.
Search ads on our name. No Google, Bing or other search ads on the word "ClapAssist", close spellings of it, or our web address.
Claims our website does not make. No made-up features, prices, discounts or codes.
Promising a result. Never say someone will get a job or an offer, or pass an interview.
Pretending to be us. No look-alike website, domain, app, social account or email address, and never call yourself ClapAssist or ClapAssist support.
Paying people to buy. No cashback, no sharing your earnings with buyers, and no rewards for signing up.

5. If a rule is broken

We usually email you first and give you 7 days to fix it.
For spam, fraud or fake sales, we can act at once.
We may pause your link, cancel unpaid money that came from breaking the rule, and end your partnership.

6. Ending the partnership

You can leave at any time: email support@clapassist.com. We pay what you have earned on the next payment day after its 30-day wait, even if it is below the minimum.
We can end the program, or your partnership, with 30 days' notice by email. Money earned until then is still paid, unless it came from breaking these rules.
If you delete your ClapAssist account, your partnership is paused, and we still pay what we owe you.

7. You are independent

You are not our employee or agent. You cannot make promises or sign anything for us.
You may use the ClapAssist name and logo only to recommend ClapAssist, and you stop if we ask.
You are responsible for your own website and posts, and for the laws that apply to them.

8. Your data

We keep your name, email, website, payout details (encrypted) and the clicks, sign-ups and sales that came through your link, so we can show your numbers and pay you. You never see who your buyers are. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

9. Liability

Our total liability to you is the money we owe you under these rules. We are not liable for indirect losses, such as lost profit. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

10. Changes to these rules

We may change these rules. We email you at least 30 days before a change applies to you, and the new version appears on this page with a new date. If you keep using your link after that, you accept the change. Section 2 still protects your share.

11. Law

These rules are governed by the laws of India.
