Accenture's interview questions for seven jobs, 56 in all, each with what it checks and a sample spoken answer, and what Accenture itself says about how it hires. Every line about the process below comes from Accenture's own careers pages, linked next to it and checked on 3 October 2026. Nothing here comes from review sites, and there are no pass rates or salaries.
Each set below was written for one Accenture job, from the work that job does. Open a set for every question with what the interviewer is checking, an answer frame, a sample spoken answer and the red flag to avoid.

Accenture's careers pages name five steps: application review, interview invite, interviews, online assessment and offer. You get an email that your application is under review, and recruiters may also suggest other roles that fit you. If you are selected, Accenture contacts you by phone or email to schedule an interview. Interviews are by phone, video or in person, and the number depends on the role. Some roles add an online test, done in one sitting, usually within 72 hours, taking about 30 to 90 minutes. Selected candidates receive an offer and plan their start date. Ask your recruiter which of them apply to your job.
Technical tests check problem-solving, logical reasoning and applied technical knowledge, often in a coding environment. Accenture says it looks at your skills and experience as a whole, and not every role needs a four-year degree. The test does not replace interviews; people review the results alongside your background.
Outside AI tools are not allowed in the technical test; use only a built-in AI helper if one is shown. Research the 'four Ps': products, press releases, personnel and the position. Write out 3 to 5 STAR examples (Situation, Task, Action, Result) and practice saying them. Have a one- to two-minute pitch about yourself ready, and ask one or two thoughtful questions at the end. Accenture never asks candidates to pay for equipment, training or fees. Then say the answers to the questions below out loud, once each, before the day.
No one outside Accenture can promise that. ClapAssist wrote these 56 questions for Accenture's seven jobs from the work each job involves; they are practice, not a leak. When candidates send us the questions they were really asked and we approve them, they appear in the box on this page, with a count once three or more people name the same one.
