Pay for the weeks you interview: unlimited inside the window, pay once. ClapAssist is an AI interview assistant for Mac and Windows. Every account starts with 10 free minutes, no card. After that Practice buys 120 minutes for one interview, and a Sprint or a Job Hunt removes the meter for its whole window. Every plan is hidden from screen share. Prices show in your own currency inside the app.
There are four plans. Practice buys a fixed number of minutes; Sprint and Job Hunt have no meter at all inside their window. Every one of them, including Free, stays hidden from screen share.
| Plan | What you get | How long | Good for |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | 10 minutes of live answers, the full app, nothing held back | Once per account, ever | Proving it works on a mock call before you pay |
| Practice ($14.99) | 120 minutes of live answers | 2 days (7 days in India) | One interview, start to finish |
| Sprint ($39.99) | Unlimited live answers | 14 days | Every round of one job |
| Job Hunt ($119.99) | Unlimited live answers | 30 days | A whole job search |
The live plan cards below come straight from the same list the app uses, in your region's currency. Lower prices apply in many countries; the cards show yours.
Before you pay: ClapAssist is the wrong tool for a locked-down coding test (HackerRank, CoderPad and similar) and for an in-person interview. It is built for video calls on Zoom, Google Meet, Teams and the like. Use the free minutes on a mock call first; the full list of limits is on is ClapAssist safe.
No. Every plan is paid once and never renews. Practice is 120 minutes to use within 2 days (7 days in India). Sprint is unlimited for 14 days. Job Hunt is unlimited for 30 days.
When your days end, nothing else happens: no charge, nothing to cancel. Your account goes back to Free, and you can buy again if you want.
Had a plan that renewed before 7 October 2026? Renewal is switched off, and you keep every day you already paid for.
Prices are shown in rupees for accounts registered from India and in US dollars everywhere else, with lower dollar prices in many countries. The currency and the price are set by the account, not by a switch on the page, so the price you see in the app is the one you pay. Payment is handled by the payment provider. We never see your card number.
A billing error is always put right: if you were charged and your plan never arrived, or you were charged twice, email support@clapassist.com. The full wording is in the terms.
If ClapAssist does not work for you, you get all your money back. The rules are simple:
Email support@clapassist.com from your account email. The money goes back to the same card or UPI, usually in 5 to 10 working days, and the plan ends when the refund is made.
Invite a friend. Every account has an invite link under Settings, then Profile. When an invited friend buys their first plan, you both get something free. The app shows the live numbers.
The thing people actually buy an interview assistant for is staying hidden from screen share. Cluely sells that as a separate tier, $149.99 a month or $44.99 a month billed yearly; ClapAssist includes it in every plan, Free included, and the paid plans start at $14.99. Where a competitor sells the same thing as a monthly plan, the comparison pages say so with the date the price was read: Cluely, Final Round AI, Interview Coder.
