What Big Interview says it includes, its three individual plans and refund terms as shown on its own site, how to get it through a school or program, who it suits and the alternatives.
Big Interview is a paid interview training platform: a video course on interviewing, practice interviews with AI feedback, an answer builder and resume tools. It sells to individuals (from $39 for a month, $99 for three months or $299 for lifetime access on its pricing page on 24 October 2026) and to career centers, universities and workforce programs, which can give it to their students or clients.
This review sets out what Big Interview says it includes, what it costs, its refund terms, who it suits, its limits and the alternatives. We have not tested it ourselves: every fact below comes from Big Interview's own pages, read on 24 October 2026.
Key takeaways
| Part | What Big Interview says |
|---|---|
| Video curriculum | "170 video lessons" in "12 Key categories", with "step-by-step learning paths" and a "Fast-Track" module for last-minute prep |
| Practice interviews | "Video-based questions" with "instant feedback on communication, body language, and content" |
| Answer builder | An "interactive answer builder" to structure answers, with sample answers |
| Resume tools | A resume builder and "Big Resume", with "AI feedback for stronger, employer-ready resumes" |
| For organizations | Versions for career centers and higher education, state workforce agencies, non-profits, and programs for veterans and returning citizens |
Its home page also makes claims about how many people have used it and how fast they found jobs. Those are Big Interview's own figures; we could not check them, so we do not repeat them as facts.
| Plan | Price shown | Billing | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Interview BootCamp | $39 a month | 30-day subscription, billed monthly | Common interview question practice, delivery polish. "Perfect if you've already applied and need to prep fast." |
| Interview Accelerator | $99 | 3-month subscription | Adds LinkedIn profile help and resume rebuilding with AI feedback |
| Interview Pro | $299 | One-time fee, lifetime access | Adds offer and salary negotiation and career-change material |
The page shows prices with a dollar sign but does not name the currency. Separate tabs cover Enterprise and Non-Profits, and higher education has its own contact page. Note that the first two plans are subscriptions: check whether they renew and how to cancel before you pay.
The pricing page says: "If you don't see the results within 30 days, we will give you a 100% refund." Its FAQ adds that you can email support for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Keep the purchase email and ask within the 30 days if it is not for you.
The pricing page lists no free trial for individuals. But Big Interview also sells to career centers, colleges, universities and workforce programs, so you may be able to get access through one of them. Before paying:
It depends on what you are missing. Ask yourself three questions before you pay:
A simple test: do one free spoken mock interview this week, for example the ClapAssist AI mock interview. If the report shows you do not know how to structure answers, a course is worth considering. If it shows mostly nerves and filler words, more practice will help more than more lessons.
| Tool | Cost | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| ClapAssist AI mock interview | Free, no account | Spoken practice with follow-ups and a report on pace, fillers, structure and content (our tool; questions read in English) |
| Yoodli | Limited free plan, paid plans | Speaking and delivery coaching |
| ChatGPT or Gemini | Free tiers | Flexible practice if you write good prompts |
| Google Interview Warmup | Was free | No longer at its address; see what replaced it |
| ClapAssist app | 10 free minutes, then one-time plans | Help during the live interview, which Big Interview does not offer |
If you want help in the real call, not just before it, the ClapAssist AI interview assistant shows suggested answers from your resume on Zoom, Teams and Meet, in English or French. Check first whether the employer allows AI help. For more practice tools side by side, see the best AI tools for interview preparation.

ClapAssist is a small desktop app for Mac and Windows. It listens to your video interview on your own computer and shows an answer written from your resume, one short sentence to say first and then the points. It never joins the call and stays out of screen shares and recordings.
On its pricing page on 24 October 2026: Interview BootCamp at $39 a month, Interview Accelerator at $99 for three months, and Interview Pro at $299 one time for lifetime access.
There is no free trial listed for individuals, but Big Interview also sells to career centers, universities and workforce programs, so you may get access through one. Ask yours first.
Its pricing page promises a 100% refund if you do not see results within 30 days, and its FAQ says to email support within 30 days of purchase.
No. It is a training and practice platform for before the interview. Live help during the call is what tools like ClapAssist do.
