How it stays off your screen share on Windows

Windows removes the window from capture. ClapAssist uses the Windows setting that leaves a window out of screen shares and recordings, so Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams do not send it, even when you share your whole screen.
No black box. On some Windows builds, overlay apps show up as a black rectangle in the share. We ship a version tested against this, so the window is removed, not painted over.
It never joins the call. No bot, no extra guest, nothing new in the participant list.

Set up

Install on Windows, and the warning you may see

Open ClapAssist-Setup.exe from your Downloads folder. If Chrome holds the download, click Keep.
If Windows SmartScreen appears, click More info, then Run anyway.
Open ClapAssist from the Start menu and sign in.
