Some reviews describe Chiku as a browser tool. Its site now lists desktop apps for Windows 10 or newer, Macs with Apple Silicon, and Intel Macs on macOS 12.3 or newer, while its delivery page still describes a web platform you open in a browser. It suits someone who wants hours that never expire, or a single lifetime payment.
Its pricing page showed every plan at 50% off a struck-out price, with a festival code already applied, and adds 18% GST at checkout (chiku-ai.in/pricing, seen 2026-10-03):
Hour packs bill "per minute, not 30-min blocks", and "your purchased hours never expire". Desi Mode is listed on Pro and above, not on Standard. Its terms say subscription plans "renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle". ClapAssist shows one price with no tax added on top: 14 unlimited days cost ₹999.
